Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ampere account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Start Return' button.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return as it reaches our inspection center.
